Normal role
An antioxidant involved in cellular energy and glucose metabolism. It is prepared separately and infused slowly.
The honest limit
ALA can lower blood glucose and interact with diabetes treatment. Food intake, medications, thyroid history, liver history, and thiamine status matter.

Normal role
Helps the body convert carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into usable energy and supports normal nerve and blood-cell function.
The honest limit
A B-vitamin infusion does not diagnose or correct the reason for unexplained fatigue. Persistent fatigue deserves a medical workup.

Normal role

The honest limit
Biotin can interfere with thyroid and some cardiac laboratory tests. Tell the clinician about upcoming bloodwork.

Calcium gluconate or chloride
Normal role
Supports normal nerve signaling, muscle contraction, bone maintenance, blood clotting, and cardiac electrical activity.
The honest limit
Calcium is not included casually in patients with certain rhythm, kidney, medication, or high-calcium concerns.

Normal role

Normal role
The body makes glutathione to help manage normal oxidative processes. LoveMeIV gives it as a slow push after the main bag.
The honest limit
“Master antioxidant” does not mean a cure-all. Evidence for cosmetic and wellness outcomes varies, and no result is guaranteed.

The honest limit
It is a trace nutrient, not a thyroid treatment. Autoimmune and medication history still need review.

The honest limit
People with normal B12 status may not feel a dramatic “energy boost.” Metformin use, vegan diets, and some gastrointestinal conditions can raise deficiency risk.
