About the practice
A small practice. One nurse practitioner. Patients we'll see again next month.
LoveMeIV is a deliberately small mobile IV and wellness practice serving Columbia, Jefferson City, and the rest of mid-Missouri. We started it because the existing options were a long drive into a fluorescent-lit chain clinic, or a Saturday-only RN side hustle with no clinician on the order. Neither was the practice we'd want our own family to use. So we built the third option.
The model
NP-led, with a collaborating physician.
The practice is owned and run by a Missouri-licensed nurse practitioner operating under a Collaborative Practice Agreement with an identified collaborating physician. The CPA is filed with the Missouri Board of Nursing and includes the chart-review cadence, on-site visit cadence, and prescriptive scope required by Missouri statute.
What that means for you: the same clinician orders your drip, runs the line, and answers your follow-up question next month. There is no call-center, no rotating roster of 1099 nurses, and no relay between the person who said yes to your treatment and the person who actually delivered it.
LoveMeIV's NP-led scope also unlocks the menu items that an RN-only mobile shop cannot legally offer: the semaglutide weight-loss program, NAD+, and the prescription side of the hangover drip. Those are the lines patients ask for most.
How we work
Five things we do differently — and three things we don't.
We arrive on time, in a single vehicle, with a clean kit.
No second car, no third party. The kit lives in a refrigerated travel case LoveMeIV signs out at the start of every day.
We say no when no is the right answer.
A bad fit at intake is not a sale. Patients with active illness that needs urgent care, or contraindications to the drip, get a clear explanation and a referral.
We price plainly.
The price you see on the menu is the price at the door, plus a flat $25 travel surcharge outside the Columbia core. Members pay no surcharge.
We chart everything.
Intake, consent, vitals, drip details, and follow-up notes all live in our HIPAA-aware platform — Jane — and your chart is portable on request.
We stay small on purpose.
A second clinician joins the practice when calendar pressure demands it, not before. Small means same-day decisions and a clinician who remembers you.
We don't
We do not run high-dose NAD+ infusions at home.
Four-hour chair time is not honest for a home setting. The IM dose is.
We don't
We do not do injectable aesthetics this year.
Botox and dermal fillers need separate training and an in-clinic setup we do not have.
We don't
We do not chase intoxicated patients.
Alcohol toxicity needs urgent care, not a home IV. We will tell you that on the phone.
