The practice · Columbia, MO

A real medical practice that comes to you.

LoveMeIV is an independent, clinician-owned mobile IV and wellness practice serving Columbia, Jefferson City, and the rest of mid-Missouri. It exists because your options here were a drive to a fluorescent-lit chain lounge, or a fluids-only menu at the door. Neither was the practice we'd want our own family to use. So we built the third option — the one that comes to you.

It is owned and run by a Missouri-licensed nurse practitioner, who built every protocol on the menu and reviews every intake herself — and today she's also the one who rings your doorbell, starts your line, and picks up the phone when you call a month later.

Why mobile, why here

The short version of a long story.

Before this practice existed, its founder spent years taking histories, starting lines, writing orders, and watching patients wait — in waiting rooms, in phone queues, in systems built for throughput instead of people.

The idea behind LoveMeIV is almost embarrassingly simple: most of what a wellness IV visit requires — a licensed clinician, a clean kit, a real screening, thirty quiet minutes — fits in a vehicle. The fluorescent lobby was never the medicine. So the practice comes to your kitchen table, your office, or the tailgate lot, and brings the standards with it.

Mid-Missouri specifically, because this is home. Columbia and Jefferson City have plenty of people who need to feel better on a specific morning — and no practice with prescribing authority coming to the door.

And independent, because independence is the feature. The clinician who owns this practice wrote every protocol on the menu and answers for every visit — and your chart holds the whole story, so the migraine pattern you flagged in January doesn't need re-explaining in March.

What 'a real medical practice' means here

Not a vibe. A chart.

"Medical-grade" is a marketing word until you can point at the paperwork. Here's what every LoveMeIV visit actually produces:

INTAKE

Health history, meds, allergies — completed on your phone, reviewed by your clinician before the doorbell rings.

VITALS ×2

Blood pressure, pulse, O2 — once before anything is hung, again before we leave. Both in the chart.

THE ORDER

Every drip runs on an order written by the clinician standing in your kitchen — not a protocol signed in another state.

THE CHART

Intake, consent, vitals, lot numbers, and the follow-up note live in Jane, a HIPAA-aware platform. Portable on request.

COLLABORATION

A Collaborative Practice Agreement with a Missouri-licensed physician, filed with the Board of Nursing — chart review and site visits on the statutory cadence.

FOLLOW-UP

A same-day note, and the same phone number — answered by the clinician, not a call center — if anything feels off tomorrow.

The prescriptive authority behind that chart is also what unlocks the menu most mobile services can't offer: the semaglutide program, NAD+, and the prescription side of the hangover drip.

Your clinician

One name on the door.

We're keeping the founder's name off the site until the practice's licensure announcements are complete — an honest constraint of launching a real medical practice rather than a marketing site. Founding-list members hear it first, along with the first open calendar dates — joining the list takes 30 seconds.

What we can say now: Missouri-licensed nurse practitioner, collaborative practice agreement with a Missouri physician on file, charting in Jane, and a phone number the clinician answers personally.

How we work

Five things we do differently — and three things we don't.

We arrive on time, in a single vehicle, with a clean kit.

No second car, no third party. The kit lives in a refrigerated travel case the clinician signs out at the start of every day. You always know exactly who is at your door and what came with her.

We say no when no is the right answer.

A bad fit at intake is not a sale. If your intake turns up an active illness that needs urgent care, or a contraindication to the drip, you'll hear it straight — and where to go instead.

We price plainly.

The price you see on the menu is the price at the door. Travel is included in the Columbia core, and if your address adds a travel cost, it's in the total you're quoted when you book — never a surprise at the door.

We chart everything.

Intake, consent, vitals, drip details, and follow-up notes all live in our HIPAA-aware platform — Jane — and your chart is portable on request.

We grow carefully on purpose.

Anyone who ever joins this practice is trained by the owner, works from the same protocols, and charts to the same record. However the calendar grows, the standard doesn't move: you know who's coming before we knock.

We don't

We do not run high-dose NAD+ infusions at home.

Multi-hour chair time is not a good fit for a home setting. LoveMeIV offers a shorter, lower-dose injection only when the clinician-approved protocol and screening support it.

We don't

We do not do injectable aesthetics this year.

Botox and dermal fillers need separate training and an in-clinic setup we do not have.

We don't

We do not chase intoxicated patients.

Alcohol toxicity needs urgent care, not a home IV. We will tell you that on the phone.
