These Terms of Service govern your use of the lovemeiv.com website. They do not govern the clinician-patient relationship — that relationship is established through our consent and intake forms at the time of your first visit, and is governed by Missouri law and by your provider’s clinical judgment.

1. Use of the website

You may use lovemeiv.com to learn about our services, find out whether your address is inside our service area, contact us, and link to our booking platform. You may not use the website to:

Misrepresent yourself or another person.
Attempt to access restricted areas or scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal use.
Submit a request for care on behalf of someone else without their permission.

2. The website is not medical advice

The information on lovemeiv.com is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician who knows your history. If you have a medical question, please call the practice or your primary care provider. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Pricing and availability

The prices listed on the website reflect our current standard rates. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. Some service combinations and add-ons may not be available at every visit due to clinical indication, supply availability, or scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service when, in the clinician’s judgment, a treatment is not safe or appropriate for a given patient.

4. Booking and cancellation

Bookings are managed through our booking platform (book.lovemeiv.com), which is hosted on Jane. By booking, you agree to Jane’s terms in addition to ours. Our cancellation policy:

More than 24 hours before the visit: free to reschedule.
Inside 24 hours: 50% of the visit fee is retained.
No-show or cancel-at-the-door: 100% of the visit fee is retained.

Members may have reduced or waived cancellation fees per the membership agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, and code on lovemeiv.com are the intellectual property of LoveMeIV LLC unless otherwise noted. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it without written permission.

6. Links to other sites

The website may link to third-party sites — for example, our booking platform, our compounding pharmacy, or a clinical reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Missouri law, LoveMeIV LLC’s liability arising from your use of the website is limited to direct damages and capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months, or (b) one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit clinical liability or anything required to be uncapped under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boone County, Missouri.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
