Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-08
LoveMeIV LLC (“LoveMeIV”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a mobile IV-therapy and wellness practice in mid-Missouri. This page explains what information we collect through the website at lovemeiv.com, through phone and email, and through the services we deliver in person.
1. The two kinds of information we hold
LoveMeIV holds two distinct categories of information:
- Marketing-website information. Anything you give us through the website — for example, by filling out the contact form or browsing our pages with analytics enabled.
- Protected health information (“PHI”). The clinical information collected through our booking platform (Jane), through your intake forms, during the visit itself, and during follow-up.
The two categories are kept in separate systems with different access controls. PHI is governed by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and by Missouri state law, not by this Privacy Policy alone — see the Notice of Privacy Practices we provide at intake for the full HIPAA disclosure.
2. Marketing-website information
When you visit lovemeiv.com we may collect:
- Pages you view and the order you view them in.
- The general region your IP address is associated with (city, state, ISP).
- The browser and device you used.
- Anything you typed into a public form on the site.
We use this information to understand which pages help patients find us and to make the site work better. We do not sell this information.
The website uses privacy-respecting analytics. If you have a Do Not Track header set, we honor it.
3. Protected health information
PHI is collected and stored inside our HIPAA-aware booking and chart platform (Jane). PHI includes:
- Your name, date of birth, address, phone, and email.
- Your medical history, current medications, allergies, and the conditions you disclose at intake.
- The clinical details of every visit — vitals, treatments delivered, prescriptions, follow-up notes.
- Payment records associated with care.
We use PHI to deliver care, schedule visits, document treatment, bill for services, and communicate with you about your care. We share PHI with the collaborating physician on the practice’s Collaborative Practice Agreement as required for chart review, and with other treating providers only with your written consent or as required by law.
You have rights under HIPAA to access your records, request amendments, and request an accounting of disclosures. The full set of rights and the process for exercising them are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses a small number of cookies for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering whether you have dismissed a banner). It does not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add an analytics or marketing tool that uses cookies, we will update this page and surface a consent banner where required.
5. Children
LoveMeIV does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through the website. We treat minors as patients only with parent or legal-guardian consent and through standard clinical intake — never through the website.
6. Data retention
Marketing-website information collected through the contact form is retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted. PHI is retained per Missouri statute and HIPAA — at a minimum, six years after the last patient encounter, and longer where required by law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Substantive changes will be flagged on the page when they happen.
8. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy or about your rights as a patient can be sent to hello@lovemeiv.com or by calling the practice. For HIPAA-specific requests, please use the contact on the Notice of Privacy Practices delivered at intake.
