Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-08
This is a small mobile clinical practice. When a visit cancels late, LoveMeIV has already routed the day around it — there is no second clinician to absorb the slot. Our policy is written to be fair to the patient and honest about the operational cost.
Standard cancellation window
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours before the visit | Free to reschedule or refund — no fee. |
| Within 24 hours of the visit | 50% of the visit fee is retained. |
| Within 2 hours of the visit, or no-show | 100% of the visit fee is retained. |
Same window applies whether you cancel by phone or by the booking platform.
How to cancel
Call the practice — that’s the fastest path. The line is LoveMeIV’s, 8a to 10p daily. You can also reply to the booking confirmation email; we’ll see it the same day.
Members
Hydrate Club and Wellness Club members get one no-fee late cancellation per calendar quarter. Subsequent late cancellations follow the standard policy. Membership benefits do not refund the no-show fee — they reduce the per-visit cost, not the operational risk of an empty calendar slot.
What we don’t do
- We do not charge a deposit at booking. The fee is collected at the visit.
- We do not “double-charge” for a no-show on a multi-service visit — only the booked visit fee.
- We do not pursue collections on cancellation fees. We may decline to book future visits for patients who consistently no-show.
When we cancel
If LoveMeIV has to cancel a visit on you — illness, vehicle issue, weather, an emergency at a prior visit that runs long — we’ll text you as early as possible and offer the next available slot or a full refund of any prepayment, your call. We don’t owe you a service credit on top of that for normal scheduling friction; we do owe you a clear explanation and a real alternative time.
Questions
Anything we haven’t addressed here, call the practice — the policy is meant to be a starting point, not a hammer. If something feels unfair in your specific situation, say so. We’d rather get the relationship right than win the fee.
